Returns and Refund Policy

At Apna Punjab, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Returns are only accepted for valid reasons such as damaged, defective, or wrong items. We do not offer returns for change of mind.

Once your return is approved, we will process a replacement or refund accordingly. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
