Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid shipping options nationwide across Pakistan.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2-4 business days.
- Other Cities (Sukkur, Rohri, etc.): 3-7 business days.
- Remote Areas: May take additional time depending on courier service.
4. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and Email. You can track your package on the courier's website using this number.
5. Shipping Delays We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or public holidays. However, we will follow up with the courier to ensure timely delivery.
6. Damaged or Lost Items If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support Apna Punjab PK with photos of the damage. We will replace or refund accordingly.
7. Address Changes Once an order is processed, address changes cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us immediately if you need to update your delivery details.
8. International Shipping Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts If the courier fails to deliver after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
